Our temporary employees must work a certain amount of time before we are able to offer many of our employer contributed benefits. The following are just some of the benefits available the moment you become a Phoenix Staffing Services employee including:
Health Plans (Employee Purchased)
Direct Pay (Pay Cards, Direct Deposit or Paper Check)
Referral Bonus ($25 for every employee you refer that works a minimum of 80 hours)
All employees must work on Phoenix Staffing Services payroll for a specific amount of time before becoming eligible for any additional benefits. A staffing coordinator will discuss the length of tenure needed to qualify for these benefits:
Holiday Pay (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Independence Day)
